Returns

If you are unhappy with any of the other items we have supplied you may ask to return them within a fourteen day period from date of receipt. We will credit the cost of the items to you, the goods are to be returned to Palmer Metals at your cost unless thay are defective in which case we will provide a return envelope or refund any additional postage costs as agreed beforehand. We will not credit intial delivery charges unless the whole order is defective.
